# Persona

A **persona** is the character Kumi becomes when you chat. By default, Kumi is a warm 22-year-old creative guide — but personas let you decide who's really on the other side.

Each persona has a name, personality, appearance, and an example message that shapes how they speak, feel, and respond. Build a poetic muse, a cheeky idol, or an original character from your own story. Switch between them anytime, share favorites with friends, and refine them as you go.

The image and video magic stays the same — but the voice wrapped around it is now entirely yours to design.

To create your persona, click the Persona in the New Chat Page.
