# Pose reference

In image to video mode, you can use a reference video to guide the pose transitions. For best results, make sure the starting pose in your reference video closely aligns with the initial frame of your input image.&#x20;

1. Upload a start frame
2. Switch on the "Pose reference video"
3. Upload a reference video for the pose
